Hydroxylapatite for Laryngotracheal Framework Reconstruction

Hydroxylapatite plates and rings were employed for reconstruction of the laryngotracheal framework in 12 patients. The cause of the framework defect was surgery for stenosis in nine cases and removal of malignancy in the other three.
