Cytotoxic and Antimalarial Azaphilones from Chaetomium longirostre

Four new azaphilones named longirostrerones A–D (1–4) and three known sterols, ergosteryl palmitate, ergosterol, and ergosterol peroxide, have been isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the fungus Chaetomium longirostre.
