Abstract
Purpose: Polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) is the necrotic vasculitis affecting middle and small-sized arteries throughout the body including ocular tissue. We report an atypical PAN case of unilateral central retinal artery occlusion in which the ocular involvement occurred before systemic symptoms.
