Abstract
Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) is a severe complication of monochorionic (MC) twin pregnancies, characterized by the development of unbalanced chronic blood transfer from one twin, defined as donor twin, to the other, defined as recipient, through placental anastomoses.
