Abstract
Polyphenols, including glycosylated polyphenols, were analyzed via a procedure based on injection-port derivatization coupled to gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS). The polyphenols in lyophilized fruit samples were extracted with an acidified MeOH mixture assisted by ultrasound.
