Purpose This study was done to identify factors associated with uncontrolled hemoglobin A1c among patient with diabetes mellitus. Methods The sample was 412 Koreans with diagnosed diabetes aged 40 years or older who participated in the Fifth Korea Health and Nutrition Examination survey, which was a nationwide, cross-sectional survey.
