Marine molluscs from Cyprus: new data and checklist

This study has been carried out along the North Cypriot coasts on May 10th-19th 1997 and July 12th-21st 1998. As a result of the sampling in the shore region and in deep- water, depths ranging from 0 to 600 m, 304 species, for a total number of 4786 individuals, included in the classes of Polyplacophora, Gastropoda, Bivalvia and Scaphopoda have been identified.
