Abstract
An environmentally friendly palladium-based catalyst supported on magnetite nanoparticles was successfully prepared. FT-IR, XRD, VSM, SEM, EDS and TGA studies have been used to characterize the nanocatalyst. The catalytic activity of the as-prepared catalyst was evaluated as a heterogeneous catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura carbon–carbon cross-coupling reaction of aryl halides and phenylboronic acid.
