Functional polymorphisms of HSPA5: Possible association with bipolar disorder

Altered endoplasmic reticulum stress (ER) response signaling is suggested in bipolar disorder. Previously, we preliminarily reported the genetic association of HSPA5 (GRP78/BiP) with bipolar disorder.
