Abstract
A novel porous polymer scaffold fabricated by salt-leaching method for tissue engineering was developed and the mechanical properties and porosity were investigated in our study. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) was employed to observe the morphology and structure of porous scaffolds. Cytocompatility of the porous scaffolds were evaluated, using HL-7702 cells as model, in terms of cell attachment and cell viabilities from 3 to 72 hours...
