Steady state mRNA levels for transforming growth factor beta, platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) A-chain, and PDGF B-chain were measured in normal human mesothelial cells, SV40 large T-antigen expressing human mesothelial cells, and human mesothelioma cell lines.
