Abstract
The feasibility and accuracy of continuous-wave Doppler echocardiography in measuring pressure gradients across the pulmonary artery band were assessed. Simultaneous continuous-wave Doppler and catheter pressure measurements were prospectively performed in 20 patients with complex congenital heart disease and prior pulmonary artery banding.
