Uptake of fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose in sarcoidosis.

Whole-body PET scanning was performed using 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) in two patients with hilar lymphadenopathy in whom the clinical differential diagnosis was between sarcoidosis and lymphoma.
