Abstract
Hyper IgG4 disease or IgG4-related sclerosing/autoimmune disease is a multisystem condition characterized histologically by fibrosis, lymphoplasmacytic infiltration, and abundant IgG4 plasma cells associated with raised serum IgG4 levels.
