Abstract
Maternal anti-SSA/Ro or anti-SSB/La antibodies are associated with neonatal lupus erythematosus syndrome (NLES), especially congenital heart block (CHB), which may be associated with severe endocardial fibroelastosis (EFE) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).
