Abstract
In this paper, we present a PET reconstruction method using the wavelet-based maximum a posteriori (MAP) expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm. The proposed method, namely WV-MAP-EM, shows several advantages over conventional methods. It provides an adaptive way for hyperparameter determination.
