Abstract
We treated pregnant guinea pigs on Day 50 of gestation with 10 mg testosterone propionate (TP), obtaining fetuses 2, 4, 8, or 18 h later as well as after 5 days of treatment. In a second group of pregnant guinea pigs, dihydrotestosterone propionate (DHTP), estradiol benzoate (E2B), progesterone (P), or cortisol was given 2 h before obtaining fetuses.
