Abstract
Detection of prostate cancer needs a biopsy of the prostate. Suspecting cancer from an increase in prostate-specific antigen (PSA) has a high negative rate at an initial prostate biopsy. Cases with negative initial biopsy may be the candidates of subsequent biopsy.
