Rupture of pregnancy in the communicating rudimentary uterine horn at 34 weeks

Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn is rare and represents a form of ectopic gestation. Despite advances in ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis remains elusive, with confirmatory diagnosis being made at laparotomy.
