Abstract
Two unknown impurities were detected in stressed samples (by hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide) of paroxetine hydrochloride hemihydrate (an active pharmaceutical ingredient – API) using a gradient reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
