Abstract
We present a method for the qualitative and quantitative study of transient metabolic flux of phage infection at the molecular level. The method is based on statistical total correlation spectroscopy (STOCSY) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) applied to nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) metabonomic data sets.
