Abstract
A unicornuate uterus with rudimentary horn is a rare Müllerian abnormality. This uterine anomaly may cause many gynaecological and obstetric complications, including infertility, recurrent abortions, preterm deliveries and rupture of the uterus, especially when the pregnancy implants in the rudimentary horn.
