Abstract
Aloe-emodin (AE), extracted from the rhizome of Rheum palmatum, has an anti-proliferative effect on different human cancer cell lines. Nonetheless, the underlying mechanism by which AE inhibits nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell invasion is still unclear.
