Abstract
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the lower airways, involving various cells such as eosinophils, and cytokines and mediators. Cyteinyl-leukotrienes (cys-LTs) are one of the chemical mediators that play major pathophysiological roles in asthma.
