Abstract
A recently patented one-step methodology was used for the formulation of chitosan (CS) coated polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles containing dexamethasone (DXM) as a model drug. SEM investigations showed that nanoparticles (NPs) were spherical in shape with smooth surface.
