Objective In singleton pregnancies, soluble fms‐like tyrosine kinase‐1 ( sFlt ‐1), placental growth factor ( PlGF ) and the sFlt ‐1/ PlGF ratio have shown utility as a diagnostic test for pre‐eclampsia ( PE ).
