Protection against soman or VX poisoning by human butyrylcholinesterase in guinea pigs and cynomolgus monkeys

Human butyrylcholinesterase (HuBuChE), purified from outdated human plasma, is being evaluated for efficacy against nerve agents in guinea pigs and cynomolgus monkeys.
