Abstract
Helicobacter pylori infections are closely associated with peptic ulcers, gastric malignancy and iron deficiency anemia. Iron is essential for almost all living organisms and the investigation of iron uptake and trafficking system is thus important to understand the pathological roles of H. pylori.
