Abstract
A technique for reconstructing the right ventricular outflow tract in an infant with type II truncus arteriosus without using a prosthetic conduit is described. The truncal root is transected, and the confluence of branch pulmonary arteries is brought anterior to the aorta by using Lecompte's maneuver.
