PET/CT Staging and Response Evaluation of Post-Transplantation Lymphoproliferative Disease (PTLD)

A 40-year-old man presented with nonspecific chest pain 14 months following a cadaveric renal transplant for diabetic nephropathy. He was on immunosuppressive therapy with tacrolimus.
