Abstract
A 40-year-old man presented with nonspecific chest pain 14 months following a cadaveric renal transplant for diabetic nephropathy. He was on immunosuppressive therapy with tacrolimus. Computed tomography (CT) of the chest demonstrated a destructive rib lesion with a large soft tissue component.
