Abstract
A 34-year-old woman with a body mass index of 50.3 kg/m2 underwent laparoscopic biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch and was discharged with supplemental iron, calcium, vitamin D, and multivitamins containing 1600 IU of vitamin A.
