In this paper we evaluated chitosan microparticles as a vaccine delivery system as well as the mucosal adjuvant LTK63, a nontoxic Escherichia coli enterotoxin (LT) mutant for the intranasal immunization with the group C meningococcal conjugated vaccine (CRM-MenC).
