Orientation relationship between TiB precipitate and γ-TiAl phase
Abstract
The orientation relationship (OR) and the interface structure between TiB precipitate and γ-TiAl phase have been investigated using high-resolution electron microscopy. The OR was determined to be [01¯0]TiB∥[11¯0]γ,(100)TiB∥(112¯)γ. This OR has been predicted precisely by the method of coincidence of reciprocal lattice points.
