Unilateral pulmonary edema due to pulmonary venous obstruction from fibrosing mediastinitis

An unusual case of fibrosing mediastinitis with obstruction of the inferior and superior left pulmonary veins and severe narrowing of the right pulmonary artery, disclosed after unilateral pulmonary edema, is described.
