Abstract
Aggregation of platelets, stimulated by different agonists, was inhibited by omitting sample stirring or by preincubation of platelets with a monoclonal antibody against glycoproteins IIb-IIIa or with a pentapeptide containing the sequence Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser.
