The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of droloxifene (DRO), tamoxifen (TAM), and 17α-ethynyl estradiol (EE) on bone mineral density, bone histomorphometry, total serum cholesterol, and uterine histology in the ovariectomized (ovx) rat model.
