Abstract
Surface-modified dl-lactide/glycolide copolymer (PLGA) microspheres with chitosan (CS) were developed for nasal immunization using recombinant Hepatitis B (HBsAg) surface protein for the induction of humoral, cellular and mucosal immunity.
