Surgical Repair of a Pelvic Fracture in a Ferret (Mustela putorius furo)

A 9-month-old, chemically spayed female ferret (Mustela putorius furo) presented after a fall (5.5 m) from the first floor of an apartment building. The animal was nonambulatory, with pain localized in the pelvic region.
