Abstract
A NURBS-based continuum approach of cloth simulation is presented. Cloth geometry is described by NURBS, and the dynamic response is modeled by displacement-only NURBS shell. The shell formulation, including a constitutive description for cloth-like materials and an algorithmic treatment of multi-patch models, is discussed in detail.
