Abstract
Deformation mechanisms of an Ni-based superalloy during low-cycle fatigue at various temperatures were studied. A new configuration of cross-slip dislocation was observed in the γ matrix during the deformation at 760 and 900 °C, which is an important component of the slip band at 900 °C.
