Recurrent Chiasmal Apoplexy due to Cavernous Malformation
Abstract
We report a case of chiasmal apoplexy due to a cavernous malformation (CM). Surgery was delayed because of the patient's advanced pregnancy, and nearly complete recovery of vision occurred spontaneously. Recurrent hemorrhage prompted surgical extirpation.
