Abstract
Enzymatic degradation behaviour of porous chitosan membrane was carried out in vitro by enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan in lysozyme solution. Chitosan was first modified by reducing its molecular weight using gamma (γ ) radiation in the solid state.
