Abstract
One hundred and two patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension were evaluated sonographically to determine the presence or absence of cholelithiasis. The gallbladder was visualized in 80 of 102 patients. Cholelithiasis was present in 43 of 80 cases (54%).
