Modulation of mouse ear edema by cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase inhibitors and other pharmacologic agents

Inhibitors of arachidonic acid (AA) metabolism and other pharmacologic agents were evaluated against ear edema produced in mice by tetradecanoylphorbol acetate (TPA) or AA.
