Abstract
Pre-clinical Cushing's syndrome (pre-CS) is sometimes seen with adrenal cortical tumors. An 80-year-old woman had severe hypertension and hypokalemia, the typical clinical features of primary aldosteronism, but detailed hormonal examinations revealed the accompanying pre-CS.
