Abstract
Endogenous Candida endophthalmitis resulting from candidemia in low-birth-weight infants usually occurs as a retinochoroiditis, which is effectively treated with systemic antifungal agents. We report a case of Candida endophthalmitis that recurred 4 months after completion of systemic antifungal therapy.
