Abstract
In Brief Bilateral regional anesthesia techniques in general and bilateral brachial plexus blocks in particular are rarely performed because they have few clinical indications. We present the case of a patient who presented to the operating room for bilateral upper extremity procedures where we thought regional anesthesia was appropriate.
