Abstract
We read with great interest the recently published study by Weiss et al. (1) on adiponectin and lipoprotein particle size. They indicate that adiponectin is favorably associated with the lipoprotein particle size and subclass distribution independent of adiposity and insulin sensitivity in young adults (1).
