Abstract
We evaluated the effect of atropine on the heart rate (HR) response during treadmill exercise echocardiography. A potential limitation of treadmill exercise echocardiography is the requirement for postexercise imaging. Rapid recovery of HR and wall motion abnormalities may decrease test sensitivity.
