Abstract
Optic pathway tumors constitute approximately 3–6% of pediatric brain tumors. The majority are low-grade gliomas. The natural history of these tumors is variable, although most have an indolent course. Most tumors present with visual loss, proptosis, or pituitary/hypothalamic dysfunction.
